Quality system

Inspection is not a department. It is the line.

Incoming, in-process, and outgoing gates sit inside the same MES record so a failed lot cannot quietly move downstream.

Control plan

Built to electronic assembly standards

Every program receives a control plan before mass production. First-article data, process capability, and customer-specific quality agreements are stored with the work order.

Operators work under ESD discipline. Critical processes are locked by recipe. Nonconformances open a contained MRB path rather than informal rework.
